Method of Payment:

Pay Monthly in advance, setup fee of one month required
Pay Quarterly in advance, no setup fee
Pay Annually in advance, no setup fee, one month free

The setup fee will be waived if you pay quarterly (3 months in advance) or annually (12 months in advance). Otherwise, our setup fee is equal to your monthly charge/forgiven for the moment/.

Annual payments receive the 12th month free.

All payments are made in advance. Discontinued accounts will be available through the end of the prepaid period.
