General Terms
I agree that all information submitted, whether in registering or during general correspondence, must be true, accurate, current, and complete. I agree to provide and maintain accurate, complete and updated information to CoherentHosting.com. I am entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under my account. I will immediately notify CoherentHosting.com of any unauthorized use of my account, products or services or of any other breach of security. I understand and agree that CoherentHosting.com is not responsible for any damages, real or otherwise, I or my business may suffer. CoherentHosting.com makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, for services we provide. I acknowledge that the direct reselling of products or services provided by CoherentHosting.com is strictly prohibited without express, written consent in advance of any such activity.

I may market and sell my own unique products utilizing CoherentHosting.com's products and services as my base infrastructure provided that my primary product or service is not directly derived from CoherentHosting.com's products, services or intellectual property. However, I acknowledge that I am responsible for researching and complying with all applicable use agreements, restrictions and copyrights for all products used in marketing and selling my products, including those provided by CoherentHosting.com.

Further, I acknowledge that I have read and agreed to all applicable policies relating to CoherentHosting.com's products and services including, but not limited to, CoherentHosting.com's Acceptable Use and Privacy policies.

Unacceptable Uses
I am solely responsible for the content of transmissions through CoherentHosting.com that relate to my actions, products or services. My use of the products and services is subject to all applicable local, national and international laws and regulations. I understand that clients may not use the services to send chain letters, junk mail or spam or to communicate with any person who has not given specific permission to be included in such communications. I agree that I will not use the products and services to conduct any activity or solicit the performance of any activity that is prohibited by law or by regulatory authorities. I further agree that I will not use the products and services in any way that could overburden or impair the products and services of other clients or of CoherentHosting.com. I agree that I am responsible for all content that I upload, post, email or otherwise transmit via CoherentHosting.com's products and services.
Specific areas of unacceptable use include:

Child Pornography: Pornography and sex-related merchandising, or links to such material, is strictly prohibited by CoherentHosting.com. Sites of this nature will be removed and their accounts will be closed without notice. Further, any activities that involve, or are suspected of involving, illegal activities will be referred to the appropriate authorities. Examples of illegal activities include, but are not limited to, trafficking in or posting of child pornography and trafficking in or posting of child sex-related merchandise.

Spamming: Anyone sending unsolicited e-mail (spam) that is in any way related to CoherentHosting.com's products and services will have their accounts closed without notice, even if it was not sent via our products and services.
CoherentHosting.com supports free speech on the Internet and will not suspend or cancel your account simply because it disagrees with the views expressed at your website. However, examples of unacceptable activities include posting private information about a person without his or her consent, defaming a person or business, and knowingly making available code that will have a deleterious effect on third-party computers. Where there are allegations that your on-line activity has violated the legal rights of a third party, CoherentHosting.com will not substitute itself for a court of law in deciding tort claims raised by the third party.

CoherentHosting.com services may be used for lawful purposes only.

Domain Registration
No refunds whatsoever can be given after the registration of a domain name. All the domain names register by CoherentHosting.com at my request must be paid in full even if I decide after words that I no longer wish to register or maintain those domains. I also acknowledge that I must pay for domain registration before any registration request will be fulfilled. If the request to register my domain name has not yet been fulfilled, I have a right to cancel that request.

Guarantees
CoherentHosting.com makes no guarantee or warranty of suitability or merchantability for any particular purpose. CoherentHosting.com does not guarantee that our products or services will be available for any amount of time. Any advertised uptimes or statistics are based on past performance and are not a guarantee of future performance.

Termination / Cancelation / Refunds
I have a right to cancel my services and products at any time:

• If product or service is cancelled before the expiration of the paid term, CoherentHosting.com will continue to make the product or service available until expiration of the paid term.
• CoherentHosting.com is not obliged to refund money unless they feel the refund request is genuine and with viable reasons.
• Refunds are only given under unusual circumstances and if agreed to by both parties.
• CoherentHosting.com shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from CoherentHosting.com's servers going off-line or being unavailable for any reason.
• CoherentHosting.com shall be the sole arbiter of what is and is not a violation of these acceptable use policies.
• CoherentHosting.com reserves the right to terminate an account at any time and for any reason that causes harm, real or imagined, to any CoherentHosting.com customer's products or services.
• CoherentHosting.com reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to delete or retain all content, files and information upon account termination.
• All retained content, files and information will be held for a limited time and only for release to the client should they reestablish their account.
• CoherentHosting.com reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion.

Modification of Terms of Service
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page and it's your responsibility to review any changes to this agreement. If you continue to use our services after the effective date of such changes, we will assume your acceptance of the changes.

Privacy
We will not release any confidential information about you without your consent except as required by law or regulatory authority and as allowed in our applicable policies and procedures. You acknowledge that some of your contact information will be attached to any registered domain(s) and will therefore become publicly available.
